An old warrior watches an early snow dust the land where his children once played, where young men hunted and a woman's gentle laughter danced in the fire with the soup. He remembers many bullets and has taken many lives in his living years. But he is old now. He remembers the spirit helpers that gave his life and anger such purpose and power. He acknowledges them and tucks a bit of the land into the folds of his blanket. *Artists notation: zooming up to the crook of Geronimo's folded arm, you can see tucked safely away in the folds of his blanket, are the memories of the places he's loved the most.

(Shipping free to Canada) A glimpse of a polar bear, paused in his solitary arctic journey in the cold arctic night. He's definitely thinking about what he has heard in the still of the night. If it's you he's heard......well - that might lead you another in this series "Oh, Oh". The polar bear is one of the world's most beloved animals, and the colour blue is one of the world's favourite colours. Blue represents nature, we see it in water, whether liquid, snow or ice, and the sky. But blue also symbolizes intelligence, confidence, stability, faith, and truth. What better colour to represent the polar bear, the highly intelligent apex predator of the north, one in which the stability of our climate and our facing the truth that we must take action, is so dependant upon. This original oil painting is on wood panel. The sides of the panel are painted black. The back is wired and ready for hanging. It has signed by the artist and has a unique work completion number.
