Golden light of late afternoon above a waterfall; birds soar through the mist above its crest like water spirits. The river meanders through a canyon before dropping into a steep chasm. Erosion, tectonic activity, even the movement of the river itself, shapes the landscape and carries sediments downstream while cutting its deep narrow channel.
