Traditional Stone Lithography

After spending many years describing the lithographic process to numerous people who just didn't 'get it', I feel it would be helpful to post images of the various steps a PRINT MAKER/LITHOGRAPHER follows in order to create an ORIGINAL work of art using Stone Lithography as their medium of artistic expression. The image is conceived of and created directly within the lithographic process thereby allowing the unique characteristics inherent in stone lithography to find full expression.
