As a New Zealand school boy, Graeme’s cartoonist father arranged for special training in drawing and oil painting. After moving to Canada he studied with landscape artist Amand Tatossian before completing a BFA (with distinction) at Concordia University. He is an eclectic and colourful artist, at much at home with traditional landscape as with intense, colorful and dramatic figurative works derived from literary, mythical and social issues.
