Gallery Ring announces an art contest devoted to Colour. Powerful, vibrant, energetic and emotional colour must be the primary, central and undeniable driving force of the composition regardless of subject matter. Monochromatic to multi-coloured works are welcome. $20 US for 1-3 artworks.
