A master of watercolour and intaglio printmaking, Dr. Paul’s career spans over four decades. From studying at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design to receiving the prestigious Governor General Medal of Canada, his work bridges his Mi’kmaq heritage with Euro-centric artistic training.
