?? From the shores of Kempenfelt Bay, Georgian Bay, and Muskoka, Carolyn captures the movement, tranquility, and raw beauty of nature—sometimes incorporating wildlife to deepen the narrative of the natural world. Inspired by the Group of Seven, Tom Thomson, Emily Carr, and Vincent Van Gogh, her expressive and dynamic brushwork brings the power and majesty of the land to canvas.

? A Journey Through Art & Nature Carolyn's journey as an artist is deeply personal, shaped by childhood plein air painting trips with her mother. Today, her creative process remains intuitive—blending colors, textures, and emotions with each brushstroke. Whether painting en plein air or working from reference photos, she seeks to recreate the magic of being in the moment.

? Award-Winning Artist & Community Contributor A recipient of the 2024 Artist Beyond Barriers Award, Carolyn’s work has been exhibited in over 250 art shows and galleries across Canada and beyond. She is an active member of numerous arts organizations, teaches private and group workshops, and volunteers her time to support emerging artists.
