Mixed Media Artists in Nova Scotia

I'm a self-taught artist who's just beginning to work with oil. I want my art to explore existence through the lens of fragmentation. At the moment, I'm doing commissions while trying to find time to paint my own ideas.

One of a kind baskets in traditional and contemporary forms are handwoven incorporating natural materials such as driftwood, birch bark and willow. Shari also creates wool felt sculptures and handmade goods for your home.

My encaustic paintings are created with a special iron and encaustic beeswax blocks. When the wax is molten, I use the iron as my paintbrush.
