My artistic process changes and transforms landscapes around us into an esoteric understanding of light, shapes and energy. I strive to capture the pieces that make up the whole through my painting, print making and mosaic work.

Ragnar Jonsson is an Atlantic artist who enjoys working with oil paints. His landscape paintings blend rich earth tone colours together with ocean blues to reflect the rugged yet peaceful coastline of Nova Scotia.
