Pile of Bones, 5th International Snow Sculpture Festival, San Vigilio, Italy, 1995, 2nd Place
Snow Sculpture, This is a tribute to the millions of buffalo killed in North America in the 1880s. Skulls and bones were piled along the railway tracks in Regina, Saskatchewan, and shipped to Detroit to be turned into fertilizer. The sculpture also won Public Choice. Designed by Patricia Leguen and carved with an assistant.
