Cerridwen Hicks

My name is Cerridwen Sage Hicks and I specialize in pastel painting. I work in realism for most of my work with some also falling within impressionism, which is also a form of realism. The majority of my work is within animal portraiture and landscapes. ​ You can commission me directly. I love painting animals and capturing their personality. Wildlife is my passion but I also paint pet portraits. I spend many hours in nature observing and photographing wildlife and landscapes. I have the wonderful advantage of living close to the Rocky Mountains and all its wonders. This connection with nature is what has inspired my work over the years. My work has been featured over the years in galleries, showcases and art markets, and I have clients in Canada, USA, South America and the UK.
