I have been creating art since I got out of high school. Before that, I thought I wanted to be a doctor. But then I just started making 3-d paintings based on what I was feeling and it took me about 10 years to realize I am an artist.
My art involves carving Maple panels in low or high relief then painting them with acrylic paint. My art is influenced by the group of seven along with Woodland style artists such as Norval Morrisseau.
