Marie Scott

Using both paper and canvas, Marie Scott translates her everyday experiences through color, line and movement into a place of both quietness and energy. Her poetry parallels her visual art.

Marie's work incorporates various disciplines including drawing, painting, printmaking and poetry. She often completes a preparatory drawing as part of the work process or a small onsite sketch when travelling. Her artwork includes works in oil, acrylic, graphite and monoprints.
